Signal and Control Cables

Molex manufactures shielded and unshielded signal and control cables sheathed in PVC or halogen-free PUR, offering chemical resistance to oils and industrial fluids as well as flame retardant properties. These cables are designed for fixed or moveable environments, including reduced radius bending applications. Products are UL/CSA, UKCA, CE and RoHS certified and conform to DESINA standards.

Servo and Motor Cables

Molex servo and servo hybrid motor cables for power and control are built to conform to the most stringent manufacturer standards. Developed for movable or chain environments and reduced bending radius applications, these cables offer a PVC or halogen-free PUR outer sheath that is flame retardant and has chemical resistance to oils and industrial fluids.

Encoder and Resolver Cables

Feedback encoder and resolver cables from Molex provide a high-quality signal and meet high-performance manufacturer requirements. Feedback cables are designed for movable or chain applications, feature a PVC or halogen-free PUR outer sheath, are suited for reduced bending radius applications, are flame retardant, and offer chemical resistance to oils and industrial fluids. Products are UL/CSA, UKCA, CE and RoHS certified and meet DESINA standards.

Industrial Ethernet Cables

Industrial Ethernet cables from Molex are designed specifically for industrial applications and are usable with FastConnect technology. These cables meet protocols including EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET and more. Cables offer dynamic bandwidth adjustment with 10/100 Mbps, 1 Gbps up to a current 10 Gbps and data transmission frequencies up to 600 MHz. The design features a PVC or halogen-free PUR outer sheath for movable applications and is chemically resistant to oils and industrial fluids as well as flame retardant. Products are UL/CSA, UKCA, CE and RoHS certified and meet DESINA standards.

OEM Hybrid Cables

OEM hybrid cables from Molex are custom engineered to meet specific customer needs. Capabilities are focused on movable use; PVC, special TPE or halogen-free PUR outer sheath; operating temperatures from -50 to +150°C; operating voltages up to 1,000V; and chemical resistance to oils and industrial fluids; and flame-retardant properties. Special designs suitable for torsion, drag chain, spiraling, lifting and many more applications are available.
