Features and Benefits


Smaller, semi-finished products are required due to increased battery capacity and the increase in demand for an internal semiconductor chip. Molex offers compact memory card sockets with a height of no more than 1.28mm, saving PCB space.

As products become smaller, a minor external shock could cause short-circuit or misalignment. The hinge feature keeps the card stable, protecting it from external shocks and/vibrations.

Customers require easy card insertion and extraction for portable devices. The push-push ejection system utilizes spring elasticity, and the push-pull system utilizes simple manual ejection, simplifying card insertion and ejection for portable devices.
