Grounding Jumpers

Features and Benefits

Because operator and equipment safety rely on grounding jumpers, OEMs want assurance that the grounding jumpers meet standards and are reliable. However, while many grounding jumper manufacturers claim their products meet UL standards, they don’t have certification. Grounding Jumpers are UL certified, thereby guaranteeing they meet UL standards and ensuring performance reliability.

Grounding jumpers in industrial applications might undergo stress. If the crimp on the grounding jumper isn’t strong enough, it might break loose. Due to fused termination, Molex Grounding Jumpers have solid crimps on both ends with a high pull force. Molex also solder dips the ends to remove air gaps, ensuring that they won’t pull apart from the Jumper.

A Safe Solution

Grounding jumpers protect operators and equipment from electrostatic discharge (ESD), directing electric currents to a safe ground. Grounding Jumpers have fused terminations, giving them rugged connectivity, reduced thermal resistance and increased pull-out strength.
