Molex Business Continuity

Molex ensures continuity of supply to our customers, minimizes any financial impact to Molex and our customers and reduces the recovery time in the event of a business disruption.

Business Continuity Planning and Business Recovery Objectives:

Our strategy is to ensure continuity of supply to our customers and minimize the financial impact to Molex and our customers through the use of a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). A BCMS promotes a holistic, systematic, process-driven approach to reduce recovery time through the integration of various foundational building blocks (e.g., customers, products, suppliers, tooling, and assets) within a formalized Business Continuity framework. Better business continuity planning will be accomplished by identifying critical business operations and developing strategies to resume these operations. A formal risk assessment and business impact analysis will be leveraged to identify and prioritize risks and impacts to the business, as well as to develop specific business resumption plans.
