Premo-Flex Flat Flexible Cables (FFC/FPCs)

Premo-Flex miniaturization solutions offer compact FFCs with staggered pins that enable fine pitch and a higher circuit count in a smaller footprint. With low-profile Easy-On Connectors and an array of cable length, circuit count and latch options, these jumpers support miniaturized applications across multiple industries. Customization, such as folding and direct soldering, is also available for improving routing in cramped spaces.

Ideal for a wide range of microminiature data transmission applications, Premo-Flex SlimStack FFC/FPCs support up to 30Gbps data rates using a compact, flexible form factor. The jumpers utilize 0.35mm-pitch SlimStack Flex-to-Board Connectors and offer impedance matching for HDMI (100 Ohm) or USB (90 Ohm) protocols.

Premo-Flex electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection FFCs are ideal for high-performance or critical applications in noisy environments. These cables help maintain signal integrity by using advanced shielding and first/last pin grounding to minimize interference, ensuring that data transmission remains reliable and accurate.

Ideal for consumer, industrial and automotive devices subject to high vibration and shock forces, Premo-Flex Superior Retention deliver robust data connectivity for rugged applications. FFC jumpers are available with positive latches to maintain constant connectivity. 

Supporting high-performance connectivity for devices across numerous industries, Premo-Flex high-speed LVDS solutions use differential pairs of signals to cancel common-mode noise and enhance signal integrity.
