In particular, we are experts in designing and manufacturing 3-dimensional antennas produced via MID/LDS and 2-shot technologies, specializing in custom designs for small multiband antennas and complementary antennas.
Molex’s MID/LDS technology offers flexibility and geometric 3-dimensional design freedom in making antenna products beyond flex-antenna technologies. Using a 3-dimensional laser system, LDS technology allows the transfer of the antenna design from CAD data into a molded antenna carrier or even directly onto the device structure. Cosmetic surfaces of the antenna can also be achieved by using a subsequent spray-painting process.
