Secure Wire-to-Wire Butt Splice Connectors

Butt splice connectors are inline wire-to-wire connectors that join two conductors end-to-end, allowing extension, repair or modification of a harness without changing routing. These connectors provide a solderless crimp termination that enables fast assembly with repeatable performance when used with the proper wire strip length and crimp tooling. Available in insulated and non-insulated styles, and multiple barrel configurations, these connectors are commonly used in automotive, appliances and industrial wiring applications.

Solderless Terminals

Butt splice connectors are types of solderless terminals, which create a crimped wire-to-wire splice to extend or repair wiring. While butt splices solve the inline join, users typically also need end-of-wire terminations such as rings, spades, quick disconnects and flags. These connectors provide fast, repeatable crimp termination without solder, typically using related tooling and selection criteria.
