Lisle, IL – November 17, 2025 – Molex, a global electronics leader and connectivity innovator, has entered into a binding agreement to sell its Industrial Communications business to HMS Networks’ Industrial Network Division’s (INT).
The agreement scope includes interface card and software solutions portfolios along with the hardware and software development teams in Waterloo, Canada and Le Thuit Anger, France.
